Matt has proudly been inspecting homes in the Northern Kentucky area for over a decade. He loves helping people through the home buying process, whether they are first time home buyers or experienced investors. He loves talking with the buyers and teaching them about their potential home purchase. He is proud to offer in-house services to help ensure a more thorough inspection through a team of trusted professionals.
First up on the team is Drew Dunn. Drew is extremely thorough and takes his time during the inspections to have open conversation to help the buyer to fully understand the inspection process and findings along the way. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry he is happy to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Next step on the team, we have Brett Hartley. Brett works hard for our clients and digs deep into the houses to find any and every deficiency possible. Brett is an amazing inspector and is able to explain the findings to help provide peace of mind for our clients.
Cody is our Radon technician. He is very efficient and able to provide an easy to understand graph of the radon testing process. With a very fast turnaround, Cody can get the results back to you the same day that he picks up the equipment. The radon testing process is a great service to use. It can either provide peace of mind knowing that the level is low or it can alert you that the levels are high and mitigation system may be needed.
Drew is our sewer scope technician. He is able to run a camera through the sewer pipe from the house, out to the septic tank or city tie in. The main sewer pipe collects all of the house waste/water and runs it to the sanitation system. This service has proven it’s worth over and over again by finding many very expensive deficiencies in the sewer pipe. These issues would otherwise go undetected and potentially cost the client thousands of dollars down the road. Drew is able to identify the type of pipe being used and explain deficiencies in real time. The video is then shared with you along with a detailed written report.
